The new SRG rat™, is a Sprague-Dawley SCID rat with knockouts in the Rag2 and Il2rg genes. The SRG rat lacks B-cells, T-cells, and NK-cells and enables tumor model studies that are inefficient or not feasible in mouse.

For example, the VCaP prostate model demonstrates a high tumor take rate (> 70%) in SRG rats. Efficiency gains and larger sample sizes save time and money. Can the SRG rat enable your oncology research? See the data & learn more.
