Regenerative medicine advances in mice

Three papers published this week — one in Nature Communications and the others in Nature — show how far regenerative medicine has come. The papers use different mouse models to show that loss of function in diseased cells of the hair, eye and heart can be restored by the introduction of new cells from various origins.
