NASA AWARDS ENGINEERING AND HEALTH SERVICES CONTRACT

WASHINGTON -- NASA has awarded CH2M Hill, Inc., of Montgomery, Ala., a
contract to provide services for environmental engineering and
occupational health at the agency's Marshall Space Flight Center in
Huntsville, Ala.

The contract began on June 1, 2010, with a one-year base period,
followed by four one-year options that may be exercised at NASA's
discretion. It is a firm, fixed price contract with an indefinite
delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) portion.

The potential value of this contract, if all options are exercised and
a maximum IDIQ value ordered, is approximately $47.5 million. The
contract has a minimum IDIQ order quantity value of $25,000 annually
and a maximum order quantity value of $9.5 million per year.

Under the contract, CH2M Hill will conduct studies, and develop plans
and reports in support of environmental compliance and occupational
health activities at Marshall.
