A draft requirement that an audit of the drug review process be subject to revision based on FDA feedback raises concerns that other stakeholders could be closed out of the feedback process, BIO and PhRMA told the agency in comments on the draft. Steps should be taken to ensure the independence of the auditor, according to BIO's feedback to the agency.
